Royal Mail House was built by George Radley in the 1840s as a hotel which would have welcomed guests of the infamous Titanic and other Ocean Liners before they set sail for the new world.  In its colourful history it became the offices of the Royal Mail Shipping Company and now is operated as an office centre. The premises are available on flexible licences for either six or twelve month periods with NO repairing obligations. Rental is paid monthly in advance with a rental deposit equivalent to one month rental.  Dependant on the location within the premises heating and electricity is included within the quoted rates with full inclusion of communal cleaning.

Prospective occupiers are advised to make their own enquiries at Southampton City Council to verify the actual rates payable of each individual suite and to establish the position in respect to the inheritance of Transitional Relief.

Insurance
